Cramping?

I've had sex quite a few times with my partner, usually always on Saturdays because that's when we get off work. It doesn't hurt or cause any discomfort, and he uses the withdrawal method on top of me taking birth control pills every day (for 5 months) and having not missed a day.

Almost every time my partner and I have sex, I have slight abdominal pains at least two days later? Does anyone know why this could be happening?

Also, this time, I started having it about 4-5 days later along with even slighter abdominal discomfort the second day after. Still mild, and it doesn't feel much like cramping. Just a discomfort near my lower abdomen.
