Court Ordered Visitations

Does anyone have court ordered visitations?

Me and my ex fiancé have set court orders.

He continues to try and alter the days, times and assumes I will accommodate his schedules needs.

While I understand he has a hectic schedule, we have the court order and need to go by that order. I explained to him if he could not work with this order that he has to go to court to modify the order. He has a lawyer. I told him to speak to his lawyer about the changes he is trying to make. I am afraid he will overstep his boundaries if I attempt to allow the changes out of court.

He gets our two girls every Wednesday at 3PM-7PM for dinner per his request.

He also has alternating weekends Friday at 4PM-Sunday 5PM

I have a civil order of protection. And when I spoke to my Domestic Violence Officers they explained he cannot simply request dates, times that are not on the court order. He is manipulative and much more which is why we are even in court. He doesn’t harass me anymore thanks to the officers who helped me file a report and the civil order of protection.

What am I supposed to do?

He states he cannot take the girls for may 19th weekend, for the whole weekend because he has school Sunday and no one to stay with them. He said he will either dropped them off Saturday at 7pm or not pick them up at all. And then he states for his Wednesday dinner with them that he works and will have to switch his day from Wednesday to Tuesday for dinner with the girls. It was like he was telling me what is going to happen without realizing I have a say and we have a court order.
