10 weeks pregnant

Hi I’m just wondering if this has happened to anyone and what their outcome has been. I went in for a ultrasound when I was 9 weeks pregnant but the baby is smaller. The ultrasound tech refused to explain anything to me and just stayed quiet. She even refused to give me any pictures of the ultrasound. I went to see my doctor yesterday and she said that instead of 10 weeks at the time I was 7 weeks due to the ultrasound results, and moved my due date 3 weeks later. In need of help and reassurance.

UPDATE:

Went in for a second ultrasound yesterday but they couldn’t find a hear beat. 😩😭
