Legal question about maternity leave
Since an employer can lay you off while on leave, can you look for another job? I’m 27 weeks pregnant and my job is vulnerable. They have to cut significant cuts in two years and I feel like I have a target on my back bc I’m pregnant.
I clearly can’t look for another job now, it’s to close to my due date.
