Breasts soreness

so I've been feeling so much pain in my breasts that I thought I was going to die hahaha
looking for tips on internet I found this kind of improvised compress that is just a towel where you put some hot water, closes into a plastic bag and protect with another bag, a fabric one.
that's really helped me and I hope it could be useful to someone else!
