what can i do?

I'm a 19 year old female, and I met this guy on a dating site. we've been talking for roughly around a month now, I wasn't planning on catching feelings but I did. he wants to take me out, and I would put that but he lives approximately an hour away, and I have a car, but my parents have taken it until my mom gets get car in order. I planned on seeing him tomorrow morning... but I just found out I will no longer have access to my car.... again. he has no car.

I planned on going to see him this week because it's his last week free before he starts working, and the issue with that is-- my parents are fucking insane. I have no freedom, nor independence, so I have to schedule my social life around them otherwise they start acting funny. both of us are getting impatient, and I don't know what to do. I would take a bus, but I have no money 🙄. advice?

edit: I'm currently looking for a job. and I'm waiting to hear back about his opinion on the bus thing... but when I asked he brought up me having a car, so I don't think this is gonna happen.
