I did almost a split at soccer practice and I could feel the blood shoot out of me. I hate that fucking feeling like I’m trying to do healthy things but it’s just giving me discomfort 😩
I’m a coach and I was sitting on the ground and the kids I coach is telling me what I always tells them “Get up on your feet, especially when you’re the goalkeeper” which is good but damn I DONT WANT TO FEEL MY UTERUS PUSHING OUT ITS INSIDE 😭😰😩
