Can't stop ruining underwear?

Y'all I'm at wits end, I've tried every size pad and tampon there is and I still find a way to bleed through or for my pad to come off in the night and ruin my panties.

I'm super embarrassed because when you're in your mid 20s you're supposed to have this shit under control..but I don't.

I've started buying the pantie packs of 9 from fruit of the loom to " destroy." But this is getting expensive...

I want to figure out how to either stop bleeding through or find out I'm doing something wrong
