Help!!!

Out of nowhere my hands and feet became really swollen and TMI but there is blood you know where. Not a lot but enough to freak me out. Also, when I lay on my back and my head is flat, the room starts spinning and I feel like I’m going to blackout. I felt fine today and I’m confused what’s going on. I’ve been pregnant 3 times before this and I have never experienced anything like this with pregnancy. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I might have to go to UC but I’m so scared😞 sorry if this is TMI. I just don’t know what I should do. I am 22 weeks pregnant
