How often do you wash your hair?

I usually wash every other day but when it’s like a week off or something I leave it for another couple days because it’s best to not wash it as often because that can be bad for your hair but then you need to wash it to look good 💕

Everyday. I talked to my stylist because my hair was always so gross and I tried to train it for the longest time with no success and I wanted to know what I was doing wrong. She told me that some types of hair just need to be washed more often. Like I have very thin, stick straight hair. So oils can travel down the hair shaft easier and quicker than someone who has curly and coarse hair. My hair is soft, shiny, and super healthy so she told me as long as I’m using high quality shampoos and conditioners that I don’t need to worry about it. I do use dry shampoo on occasion but it doesn’t really do much and I can’t style my hair with it. It just makes it look a little less greasy in the pony I put it in lol.

In the winter I usually skip 3 days, but in the summer it will probably be every other day or every 2 days. I’m an oily person in general, and I don’t don’t do well in heat and humidity so I don’t think any amount of dry shampoo will save my 3rd day hair.

When I had long hair I’d wash it every other day or like 2 days out of the week it depended on what I had done that day but now that my hair is short if i don’t wash it everyday it gets so oily and greasy it’s unreal.
