Do you get annoyed when you hear babies screaming their lungs out in public places?

I do if their parents just ignore them and don’t do anything to stop the baby crying, especially on public transport. I always feel like my ears are gonna start bleeding lol

If you get annoyed then you’re not a parent... there’s only so much you can do. Babies cry.

I get more annoyed if there is someone talking loudly on their cell phone. They should step outside or somewhere private, not stay in the middle of a coffee shop or restaurant.

yes, just because you can block out your screaming child doesn't mean the rest of us have to or actually can. yes its inevitable, but you can try to calm them down. especially if they are old enough to know better.

no,I have a child and understand what that parent is going through.  whats annoying is people talking on their phone using speaker phone, like wtf nobody wants to hear your conversation

No. They are babies! 
I will however get annoyed at a parent that just let his her child cry and disrupt everyone else

No, I have Kids so I get it. As long as the parent is trying to soothe them and make them feel better I dont have an issue with it

The only time I get annoyed is if the parents and just completely clueless and their baby/child is being a holy terror. My husband gets worked up if our son starts to get a little loud in a restaurant and I’m always like dude, calm down. Babies cry sometimes. Now if we come anywhere near full blown meltdown status then our son gets hauled out because I will not be that mom.

Yes, if the parent ignores it rather than choosing to parent.  If they are literally screaming, take them outside and calm them down if possible.
