Cousin is being a bitch

So whenever I see my cousin, the first thing she does is point out a flaw in my appearance. For instance, I saw her two a few days ago and the first thing she did was point to my face and say “pores” LIKE YES BITCH I KNOW I HAVE PORES, EVERYONE HAS THEM. I proceeded to tell her this, “are you that insecure with yourself that you need to analyze people’s flaws in order to make yourself feel better?” She just laughed, but she really pisses me off. I don’t understand what she gets out of it. Have you ever dealt with someone like that?!
