12 weeks pregnant symptoms

So I’m 12 almost 13 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I started bleeding a little bit it was a mix of red brown and pink blood. In the evening it turned into just brown blood and when I wiped this morning it was brown. Today I went to the bathroom and it was red blood mixed with brown again. Not a lot. Just a little in my panties. I feel little to no cramps. Like if I do start feeling something they’re hardly there. But since I first saw the blood yesterday i have mostly had no cramps at all. I’m going to the doctors but wanted some opinions from you. Any comments would be appreciated
