Starting to feel discouraged... possible pregnancy

My doctor said I could be pregnant, but it’s too early to test. I have to test next week, my nipples have been EXTREMELY sore. Then yesterday/today I noticed some dull ache in my lower abdomen, as if it could be period pains.

BUT NOW, I’m starting to wonder if the dull ache is all in my head. Can it actually be? At first I just KNEW that I’m going to be pregnant, but now I’m second guessing. I pray to god that I am pregnant though.

Does every female bleed for implantation? I’m 6 dpo and I haven’t bled. But I’m having these dullaches, sore nipples, somewhat nauseous at times & leg cramps.
