Hate my tattoo.. help

How it looks now and how it looked when I got it. I hate it, I feel like the guy was careless with it. I liked his sketch but i don’t like it on my skin.

1. It’s supposed to be pointing to northwest, but I absolutely hate the arrow. It is longer on the wrong end! And he didn’t make the lines go straight through so to me it’s all wonky. He said it’s so the lines didn’t blur which I can appreciate but I hateeeeeee it and I have not grown used to it over the couple years I’ve had this tattoo.

2. I wanna do more coloring to the roses maybe add a deeper red/burgundy to them??

Ugh it looks so wonky to me. Especially in the picture I just took. Is my only hope removal? 😭
