I've had type one diabetes for 7 years (now 21 year old) and it had always been well controlled. I also suffer from migraines which are controlled with medication. I recently was diagnosed with anxiety and depression and started on sertraline which is giving me side effects. In investigating other symptoms I have shown signs of sjorgens syndrome and autonomic disfunction. I have been referred onwards to investigate further but I'm freaking out a little bit as I just feel awful and am worried what my future will hold, can anyone offer me some reassurance.

I struggle to get out of bed each day, I've had to leave university at the moment, my family life is turbulent and my relationship ended as he couldn't stand with my health conditions, can anyone help me
