Rekindle my relationship

I really need some help! Please. I am literally begging you. What can my fiancé and I do to rekindle our relationship? We’ve been together for almost 4 years. We have a 13 month old baby girl. Through the last 6 months, we have been through a lot. Health issues, lost our house, he had to literally perform every day tasks for me because I was unable. He had to shower me, get me dressed, etc. We are suppose to be getting married next month but our relationship has changed so much because of all the issues that have come about from my health problems. He says he still loves me but it’s different than before. He is now unsure if he wants to get married. He says he loves me, but almost more like a friend... what can we do to try and get back to where we were? We are ready to try almost anything! PLEASE! Anything...
