Excema?

My sons skins became so sensitive. He’s got rashes behind his knees and in the creases of his arms. He seems to be breaking out in rashes all over. This has just started in the last couple of months getting worse. I’ve got a steroid cream and bath emollient from the GP but it’s not really helping. I’ve not changed washing powder etc. I’ve been giving him cool baths and keeping him cool. Any advice?

That looks like excema. But I would go see her doctor or allergy specialist for final say. My daughter gets rashes such as those behind her knees, in the creases of her elbows, and other places as well. We are seeing an allergy specialist due to her dad having severe excema and allergies. We launder with a free and clear detergent and wash with dove sensitive soap. She can’t stay in water for long as it dries her out and then we lotion up with eucerin lotion.

Cetaphil wash did wonders for my friends kids. Replace your soap with that.

Change your laundry detergent to a sensitive one like from the brand All Free & Clear and use a gentle sensitive soap for baths. Hopefully that will help.

I'd take him in to have him tested for allergies.

Looks like allergy related my son gets it bad anti histime meds normally do the trick
