Amputee bunny is in safe hands
I posted earlier kind of stressing out because I couldn’t find a wild life rescue center that was open and a vet wouldn’t give me advice on a wild baby rabbit that a friends husband ran over while mowing his lawn. I don’t have the money for a vet.
The bunny had lost its leg and needed help. It had clotted and stopped bleeding by the time my mom and I got to it but Someone sent me the number of this rescue and I called them, to ask for advice until they opened in the morning. I didn’t know what to do for it. They were to close in an hour and I live an hour away from them.
Instead they told me to bring it to them, that they would stay open late for the bunny.
As soon as I got there they took the bunny back and said they see this a lot and thanked me for bringing it.
I will have updates in email about the bunny.
I feel so relieved right now. I had no money to take it to an animal hospital and every rescue center was closed until 9 am.
I am so happy they stayed open for the rabbit. Now it’s in safe hands

Also reason behind us having the bunny, my mom is really good with animals and for some reason anytime something is wrong with an animal people bring it to my mom.
But this was something that called for someone who knows what they’re doing.
My mom is gifted but she’s not a vet
Also pls check your yards for rabbit nests before you mow
