I love the taste of these ones, but they don’t have iron, so I take a separate iron supplement too. I also try to make sure that I get enough calcium each day too, since these gummies don’t have calcium either.

You can get a prescription from your doctor. I take the prenatal minis. It’s a very small gel capsule.

I take these but have to supplement iron and calcium bc they don’t contain any but I can easily get them in my diet. I left a comment that listed some sources of iron that I usually incorporate into my meals.
