25 weeks pregnant and have a lot of stress

so I am a 23 yo and my dad is 51 he's very sick from cirrhosis of the liver and the hospital said he needs to go in a nursing home with palliative care..its hard to hear he might not have long, his liver is end stages. I'm crying but trying to be as calm as I can because of my pregnancy. I got a 2 year old boy that looks up to my dad since his father isn't around. I'm a daddy's girl to the fullest and it hurts me to see my dad like this especially him being young...i feel like my heart is smashed into pieces..anyone deal with something like this midway through your pregnancy. how did you cope or maintain a healthy pregnancy? I think of my little boy and now my daughter that will be arriving in September.
