HELP PLEASE (crush high school)

I've liked guy for a year now. We r best friends, he told me a few months ago that he liked my best friend, I was hurt. But we became closer as friends he never told her that he liked her tho. And as months past he started to tell me he likes someone eles he told me a week or so later that he likes me. And we never made anything about it that we like each other, but I was gone for a weekend and him and my best friend were partying and now he kinda likes her again. I told him that I don't want to be involved and he said that he is not going for her he is just confused. Idk what to do? Should I wait or walk away? Please help me!!
