Anyone else going through this or gone though ?

I found out I was pregnant and were thrilled! We had been trying for about 10 months. This is our second pregnancy. At about 5 weeks I started cramping so bad it was making me cry. I called my ob dr and they said it wasn’t normal to hurt that bad and if I started bleeding to go to the hospital. Couple of days went by and I go to work Friday and while there I went to bathroom to find out I was bleeding. Went to hospital and my cervix was closed and was about 5-6 weeks pregnant. But my levels were at 133 telling me I was only 3-4 weeks pregnant. My last levels were at 288. I was put on bed rest and im still cramping with brown discharge. I go back to my ob office to get my levels rechecked. The waiting game is driving me nuts. Honestly I want to know is there any possibility that this isn’t a miscarriage??
