I'm 6week pregnant
hi I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I went to get a ultrasound they said that the baby is good but I'm afraid because the heart beat was 89 is that good or bad. and they found a second yolk sac but there was no heart beat does it mean that I'm having twins or maybe it just ripped in half.
