Nose piercing problem!!!!!! HELP!

So i got my nose pierced 2 days ago. The stud that was used was really tiny but its like twisted so it doesnt fall out. Last night in my sleep i somehow managed to pull it out and woke up with it hanging off my nose.

i was terrified and didnt know what to do so i tried to put it back in and its literally impossible. I messaged the girl that pierced it and she said to put in an earring for now so that it doesnt close.

Its kind of painful rn but its tolerable. My question is, will it get infected? I havent let it heal properly and i cant afford to get those painful and ugly keloids on my nose :( Plssssss someone help me out :( thank u!!
