What is happening?!

Okay so, I’m on day 3 of my period & it’s been super light than usual! Normally I’d feel up a pad or tampon but I haven’t & now I’m just spotting pink blood & looks like it’s about to end.

My periods normally last 7 days, my boobs have been sore the last week & through this period ( which I never get ) the first day of my period, the cramps were so bad that I almost threw up! The cramps were even going down my thighs.

They finally stopped after a few hours, I have been having cramps for just over 2 weeks now, I’m also feeling tired all the time & always feel so full even when I haven’t eaten. I took a pregnancy test day when period was due & it was negative! ( got my period the day after ) I normally have brown spotting before my period but I didn’t this time. I also think I have vaginal bacteria infection, but ive it for a few months & am yet to get to the doctors. Will be booking a appointment in the next day, just want someone’s opinion!!
