I’m certain nobody else will find this funny but...

I’m laying in bed, on my phone. I’m almost 8 weeks pregnant and my skin has gotten totally dry and itchy and I’m dehydrated all the time, it’s awful. So I’m scratching and just laying here being generally really uncomfortable.

My husband is stood across the room, finishing a final level on one of his games. It’s intense so he’s talking to himself and pacing and jumping around. Being really silly, it’s amusing.

While vigorously scratching and applying layers of chapstick I say out loud to myself, “I’m the driest bitch ever”

He turns around and looks at me, dead serious, and says “Am I acting so nerdy that you’ve gone dry!? 😦”

I nearly wet myself with laughter trying to explain to him what I meant.

We’re almost 30, btw. 🤗😂
