What laptop is best for college?

Question

I’m an Apple gal so I was wondering which one people preferred for college? I’ve read about a lot of different opinions but I’d rather get more before investing $800+ in one. Also trying to get a good used one so if you know any great, reliable sites, please let me know!

defoo a MacBook Air cos it’s lightweight and easier to travel around with you when doing work/ assignments

the air is great for school if you’re just going to do basic things like browsing the web and etc, and it’s super convenient when you’re walking around campus because of its lightweight. the pro however is handy if you’re planning to do heavy editing of sorts. both are great but i have the air for school because i don’t need all that extra space on the pro

I have the pro because I enjoy graphic editing with photoshop and wanted the extra space for that. Though if you’re just wanting internet browsing and basic school work, the air will work just fine and is cheaper so that’s always nice too!

MacBook isn’t compatible with my college for some reason🤷🏽‍♀️ writing papers is ten times harder with them.

I’m a photographer and an artist. The MacBook Pro has done great for me when it comes to my work. It’s easier when it comes to storage/memory, speed and the display is much better. It may cost more, but it’s been more efficient than the MacBook Air. The Air is basic if you don’t need or use any professional programs like Adobe.

just be careful buying an mac of any sort then break very easy. apple is a scam there are better laptops out there that are cheaper
