My girl arrived today at 9:12 at exactly 41 weeks. I started having contractions at 5 this morning and thought it was false labor again. After 7 they really hurt so I called the doctor. They said to go get checked at the hospital. Once my husband got our son up and ready and all of our stuff together we left. Of course it was rush hour and so we were stuck in traffic with me screaming the whole way there. We got into labor and delivery at 9:00 and I got in the bed to be checked. The doctor says, "You are fully dialated and your water just broke. Looks like it's time to push. My little girl was in my arms at 9:12. That was not at all what I had planned for labor but apparently she had other plans!
