Someone help :(

So everyone is back from the weekend of the sickness bug

As I was away for my hen holiday so I have not been around them.

And I just can't relax

Washing my hands every 5 mins

Bleaching every 5 mins

Can't eat can't just sit down

I feel so so anxious 😩

3 days It's been symptom free for my son

2 day symptom free for my partner

5 day symptom free for my daughter

Bathed my son and changed his clothes did the same for my daughter

And my partner changed his clothes lol

But why am I still like this 😞 I'm so scared I'm going to get it.

I'm considering to go back on my medication tonight 😞
