I get extremely gassy and bloated especially at night when I’m laying down and in the morning on an empty stomach anyone else had his before and what did they diagnose you with. I’m so tired of not being able to sleep at night 😐 thank in advance!

that I have have had it. you need to eat several times a day small portions never be on empty stomach drink lots of water, milk helps too to keep stomach full, lay off caffeine, spicy, citric food stick to healthy food, even eating a granola bar helps, oatmeal. go on walks so your digestive system doesn't get stuck, and go to the dr to help you out too I got prescribed omeprazole helped a lot
