Still peeing a lot!

So I’ve been taking amoxicillin for the UTI I got diagnosed with on Thursday of last week, I started taking one that night and I’ve been taking two every day now. This is day 5, and I noticed that my back pain was gone and along with my frequent urge to pee. But today I’m feeling that frequent urge to pee all over again and I feel like every time I pee, I gotta go AGAIN! Granted, it’s only small pees every time but the urge gets strong. What’s happening?
