Bleeding after sex.

My boyfriend and I had some pretty rough and crazy sex about two days ago. I didn’t feel pain or anything but when I woke up the next day I started spotting. My period has been over for about a week now. Then when I woke up this morning I was bleeding like I normally would for my period... should I be worried? I have an annual appointment with the doctor tomorrow so should I bring it up to her when I go in or am I okay?
