Does racism against white people exist?

I keep seeing all over Facebook that racism against whites don’t exist and that because the definition for racism was made by a white man it doesn’t count. Idk. I want to know what people think. Personally, I think it does (just not as bad as racism towards POC)

People can even be racist against their own race. 
If you discriminate against someone because of their race, that’s being racist. 
Any race can be discriminated against.

I think it does exist. I'm white Mediterranean and someone refused to be served by me because of that. Additionally, I know that Irish people tend to suffer from racism and in fact, in the UK the first cases of racism were against the Irish because people made fun of their accents and treated them as lesser than the English back a few centuries ago.

The definition of racism discrimination of a person based on their skin color. There are so many black people who won't buy things or they don't like white people just because they are white.  That is discrimination based on the skin tone.  The person they just don't like or won't buy from has a white skin tone.  That is racism.

Racism stimulates from individuals of the dominant race. If a race is not dominant (minorities) they can’t be racist towards the majority.

I think it’s semantics. It’s seems like some white people want to say they’ve experienced racism to make it seem like what black people or POC have experienced isn’t that bad. When it’s really not the same. Yes I’m sure white people have experienced prejudice against them but at the end of the day “racism” from a black person or poc has no real power.
