Real contractions/labor??

So I’ve had this tightening in my lower abdomen that comes and goes accompanied by back pain and gas since last night. This morning I’m having lower abdominal cramping with them as well. It feels like someone is taking my lower half of my belly and squeezing it. I went to bed with them and have woken up with them they aren’t that painful yet though and I had back labor with my first so not sure if this is legit or not. My fiancé said I was moaning and groaning for awhile in my sleep early this morning. Oh and I’m 39+3 today. I have a dr appt tomorrow morning at 10am.
