Whats up with me??

Sorry in advance for tmi ..... i am on birth control for my periods but i missed quite a few jst had quite a bit going on. So i dtd on average 1/2 a week last month last time was 23rd with no sex until Saturday jst gone (19th) on monday i experienced pain at the end of urination with pink blood when i wiped this lasted from the morning to evening. I still have a sharp pain after urinating no blood im tired and have a blocked/slightly bloody nose. I checked my cm it was white none sticky lotion texture...I am sorry again for tmi but could you provide any options ....thanks x
