paragard users

hi ladies!! I got my paragard inserted on Monday at my 6 week pp visit with minimal spotting. well yesterday and today I've noticed the bleeding has really picked up, like almost a period without any cramps or other symptoms. I'm EBF so I was really hoping not to get my period for a while ☹ (plus we really want to have sex 🤣) my question is, if you had the paragard put in while breast feeding did your period come back right away? or....could this just be insertion bleeding? thank you 💚
