I need input! Ease my mind!

So I’ve been taking my pill perfectly with the exception of taking it almost an hour late once or twice. I don’t seem to think I ovulated.. (I didn’t have any egg white cm.) and I have not taken any medications that would interfere with my pill and no diarrhea or vomiting. This is my 4th month and last month my bf finished in me once and I’m very anxious. I seem to be having “pregnancy” symptoms but I’m unsure if it’s in my head or if its from the pill or if I’m actually pregnant. I also got a “period” but I was told you would still get withdrawal bleeding if you fall pregnant. Any input? Should I trust that my pill is working correctly since ive been taking it correctly?
