Coffee Substitutes??
I'm 7 months postpartum, but still 15 lbs. from my pre-pregnancy weight. I started intuitive eating and exercising, but my ultimate weakness is specialty coffee ☕. I know they're loaded with sugar and unnecessary calories, but I can't stop drinking them. I have at least one large coffee a day. I crave them. Anyone know of anything that can help with coffee cravings??
