Husband says he hates me

My husband and I have been together for 10 years. I am currently pregnant, we have 3 children, and I stepped in to raise his two kids from a previous marriage. Yesterday he started yelling at me. He said he was pissed that I can't keep up with the laundry and that he f**kin hates me, the kids, our whole life together. I have no idea where this came from. He said he wants to leave me. I don't know what to do 😭 How can my husband, who was so in love with me last week, flip and hate me? He apologized. But I can't just forget what he said. I'm so hurt 😢😭
