Can FWB turn into a relationship and last? Has anyone had that experience? Are you still with them?
I feel like I'm already dating mine because we talk everyday, we go out to dinner, we hang out with his friends. Is this going somewhere?

it can. we did. after 8 months be asked me to be his girlfriend and 2 years later he asked me to be his wife. been together 4 years and we have 2 babies

Me and my husband started of as FWB. He fell first then me. Then we made it official after a while. FWB only works if no feelings are involved. If you want more you HAVE to let him know. Don’t just assume and never put a title on it if he feels the same. You have to both be on the same page

yes, thats how my husband and i started. We basically were just fucking for like a week or two, but i was at his house all the time, & i loved hanging out with him. then after about a week, he asked me to be his girlfriend cause he liked me so much. then a year later on our anniversary he asked me to marry him. we were married 5 months later,  & we are expecting our first child together in a little over 30 days. in August we will have been together for 2.5 years. My fiance and I were FWB before we dated. It wasn't a good thing though, it ended poorly and it took two years of no contact and resentment (mostly on my side, I have trouble forgiving) before we reconnected. Now we've been together for three years, we're engaged and living together, and I'm 31 weeks with our first baby (a girl!). It was rough but its definitely possible, especially if things never go bad in the first place!

Not in my experience. We were FWB for two years and did everything together and I still couldn’t get him to see me as anything but a fuck buddy. We tried. Just couldn’t get over that hump. He even gave me a key to his house.

it can but, somewhat impossible. That's why I never will have one. Honestly, I think it's more depressing that one person can have feelings and the others could careless about it.
