Trouble with Eating

I’m about 6 weeks pregnant and morning sickness hasn’t really shown up until recently. I’m a vegetarian, so my diet was already limited a little bit. Recently, most things I’d normally eat on a daily basis make me very sick. The only thing that doesn’t make me sick anymore is vegan food. As a busy person living in what is basically “meat-eater central” it’s hard to find ready made meals or restaurants that provide vegan dishes. So my solution is maybe just meal prep on Sunday with the food that doesn’t make me sick. What my concern is, how do I make sure I’m getting the proper nutrition? And is there anywhere I can get ideas for types of meals to make?
