Should I wait?

Question

My 4 month old son has a cough and phlegm when he breathes you can hear the phlegm. He’s not having any difficulty breathing or eating he has no fever none of that just stuffy and he has a cough.
He has an appointment on Thursday, should I just wait for that? 
Any tips on how to remove phlegm and a cough?

I’d take him just to be safe. My son had that and it gradually got worse.. so maybe they can put him on some antibiotics or something to clear it up before it gets worse.

Sounds like a cold. You can probably wait unless he gets worse or runs a fever. Make sure you constantly keep his airways open. I use the Nose Frida. I used every time I could see mucus or at least before every feeding. My 2 month old just got over a cold. The bulb syringe did not work well but the Nose Frida was awesome!
