Help ?! (UPDATE )

So I recently posted about my depression , weight loss , and my period being super late. So I got it but it only lasted ONE day , and today I went pee and saw this . Is this my period ???? I’m a little confused my periods ended like 2 days ago and only lasted a day then I peed this today ..

Back story- weighed 130 , went down to 104 due to depression within less then a month , morning sickness , sensitivity to smells , pretty much a lot of pregnancy symptoms, but I got my period that lasted ONE DAY .
