Implantation bleeding?

My period was due on Thursday. Today is Sunday and still nothing. No spotting, no anything. Two days before it was supposed to come DH and I had sex just for fun and he noticed some blood on his penis. At the time I thought, “oh that’s because AF is coming in two days.” But now I wonder if it was implantation bleeding. We’ve been away on vacation the whole past week so I haven’t been able to test or even post about it on here since we were on a cruise and not paying for WiFi. First thing I plan to do when we get into our apartment is test, but what does everyone think? I will add that right after we had sex, I experienced some bad cramping. What the f?!
