Back pain...

Okay ladies I don’t know what the heck I did but somehow when leaning over this morning to put my contacts in I hurt my back. It started with a shooting pain right in the upper middle of my back. And it hurt just to walk. After like two hours it hurt but not as bad. But now after 6 hours. I can’t barely move. The only way it doesn’t hurt is if I’m flat on my back.

So I’m asking has anyone had this problem before? When the hell does this pain go away? And is there anything I can take to make the pain go away a LITTLE bit?
