TMI!!!!!!!! #2 problem.

So sorry in advance for this super tmi post but I’m 30 weeks pregnant. For the past week iv had soft #2 but not diarrhea it’s still in a shaped solid. I wipe and make sure I’m clean of course but idk what going on. Every time I use the bathroom I wipe, even when I don’t poop, to make sure it’s clean but it just keeps coming out! I even clean it really well in the shower and I’ll use the bathroom a little after to just pee and I’ll wipe to check and it’s still there!! What could be going on..... it’s gross and idk what to do.
