ligament pain?

I'm 9w1d. tonight i was curled up with my husband on the sofa and went to sit up. i got a stabbing pain in my lower left abdomen that went away after a minute. when I went to sit up again it happened on the lower right side of my abdomen.

is this normal? my doctors office doesn't open until after I start work tomorrow morning and if I miss a day because of this theres a good chance my boss will fire me. she's been mad ever since she found out I was pregnant.
