Can animals sense your about to go into labour?

Mackenzie • Blessed mommy of 3 💕 and 👼

I am Wondering if anyone else has had this experience with their animals. My dog I have had since high school has been a lot more clingy lately following me into the bathroom when I shower, won’t leave me alone when I’m in the kitchen or on the couch. Sleeps outside my door for some reason now. Than my cat who is only about a year old he hasn’t ever been around anyone pregnant till I got pregnant wakes me up every night at 2:50 by cuddling into my face, trying to lick me and make sure I’m okay he’s been doing this for a week now. But especially tonight. He has woken me up 3 times and curled up against me on the couch when I got water at 3:00 am. I felt a lot of pelvic pressure and contractions when I went to bed tried sleeping it off now I still have contractions and some pelvic pressure. I have thiS off feeling of it’s going to happen soon. Also my cat followed me into the bathroom and when I had a shower wouldn’t leave me alone at all in their! It’s not exactly normal for him to be like this at all usually he’s pretty to him self and hyper but past day and a little through the night he has been cam, affectionate, trying to be by me every second and rub against my legs or face. Anyone else have this happen than went into labour ?
