Confused about Ovulation ???

Hello everyone! This month I had a chemical pregnancy at 4 weeks and 1 day (May 7th). I bled for about 4 or 5 days. Then soon after I tested to see if I was ovulating, because I was just curious (May 15th). And it said I was!!! I was really confused as to why I was ovulating that soon, but I read somewhere that you can ovulate early??? 🤷🏻‍♀️(I’m pretty sure we BD just in case.) then I took 2 the next day and they got lighter and lighter. (As you can see in the pics below.)

Well, today I just had that feeling. I needed to take another ovulation test. And I got ANOTHER positive. At this point I’m just really confused. It said my period was supposed to start today. (But, who knows since I had a chemical.)

Can anyone tell me what’s going on??? Can you ovulate TWICE after a chemical? I took a pregnancy test too and it was negative, so Idk. 🤷🏻‍♀️ HELP!

first of all sorry for you loss.. your body may have geared up to ovulate and didn't but today is a true positive so I'd baby dance. I had a mc in 5/6 and had a positive on 5/15 and on 5/23 so I just made sure to BD anytime I saw ewcm and got a peak opk. best of luck. keep me posted since we are so close with our losses.

I miscarried around the same time you did—~4weeks—& my body basically got prepared to ovulate earlier in my cycle as I got super frisky, cramping STARTED & my CM was indicating I was getting close but my temp never rose and none of the symptoms progressed. I’m now CD 26 & my temp shift was yesterday & my symptoms are gone like they normally are after ovulation & my CM is back to creamy so I feel like my body thought it was wanting to earlier & decided it was too early? 😂 I don’t know... but I always know when I ovulate and I definitely didn’t ovulate until a couple days ago, even though it is late in my cycle but this is what it did the cycle I got pregnant, so this is the 2nd cycle where I ovulated at CD 24 exactly.

Have you taken an actual pregnancy test just to be certain? I read somewhere that it’s possible that the OPK is detecting pregnancy hormones.

Hey ladies! I had an early miscarriage on May 3rd, but it was very close to my normal cycle so I’m not sure how it effected my ovulation. I don’t take opks yet because it’s only our second month trying, so I was just going off glows prediction. I’ve been feeling pretty crampy, but they feel like the pinchy-type cramps that I experienced before my bfp last month (just without the sore breasts or heartburn :/ ). I’m gonna try to wait until the 3rd to test but it’s killing me! 😫 What about you guys?
